Zest Personalised Care is a person-centred organisation that provides an entire range of services for individuals with disabilities as well as vulnerable children. We are a registered NDIS provider offering personalised care and tailored solutions for our clients.
What we offer
Zest is a provider of choice that will always put you first. Our disability services cover plan management, support coordination, and the provision of direct supports. We work closely with our clients to provide them with every opportunity to get the most out of their NDIS Plan – enabling them to live life in a way that best suits them.
The focus of Zest is on supporting individuals and their families, by empowering them to realise their goals. This may include anything; from being more involved within the community, to staying fit and active, to gaining greater independence in the home. Additionally, we help with tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, light housekeeping, health and wellbeing as well as building life skills.
Zest also operates a Vulnerable Children’s Program which facilitates the care and support of children living in difficult family situations. This is a completely bespoke program, undertaken in consultation with referring partners to ensure that children and families have a helping hand when they need it most. As all families are different, Zest’s care and support focuses on the individual needs of children and their family members, with the objective of ensuring that all requirements are soundly met.
