The Sydney My Future, My Choice Seniors and Disability Expo this September is a must for Sydney-siders looking for better ways to improve the quality of their lives now and for the future.

Over the massive two-day event, the main stage will feature an Opening Ceremony at 11am on Friday, featuring the expo ambassador, local delegates and the cutting of the delicious expo cake. A variety of specialist keynote speakers talking about a range of topics that will be disability and senior focussed, including info about My Aged Care and representatives from the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS).

A series of free disability and seniors workshops will also take place covering topics like travel, leisure, lifestyle and healthy living, accessibility, advocacy, special needs management advice and more.

An amazing highlight from the Gold Coast Expo will see live seniors entertainment, which will be announced soon. There will also be kids and sensory entertainment across both, two delicious cafes serving food and coffee and lots of extra seating to give you the chance to have a break, socialise and chat about what exhibitions, talks, workshops or entertainment you would like to see next.
